This hotel is superbly situated overlooking the immediately nearby river in expansive grounds and fabulous cuisine. While we were out spotting Jags (we saw two only over four days but another earlier trip -middle of July is best- saw seven in the same time span- the Pantanal race of Jags is the largest sized) amidst natural spectacles galore, we all...
