This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and we were very pleased! I think it's the best hotel there, the food was excellent and everything we asked from the reception we got it with a smile. The hotel has two pools and private beach. The advantage of the hotel is that all rooms face the dead sea... More

Isrotel claims to be Israel's leading hotel chain and in some ways I can believe it. This one has clearly had a lot of investment and feels very 5* with the marble, the grand interior and international cuisine. I even noticed a 'pledge card' in the bedroom promising the highest standards from the management and a guarantee that everything will... More

I was there last week and found it to be a decent modern clean hotel. We had a great view of the dead sea from our balcony. 2 minute walk to the water. I did think I was in Russia though. That wasn't a problem though.....those Russian women are eye candy. We only spent one night (17 people) and the... More

There is nothing really wrong with the hotel. Because there are no children (less than 18) it is quiet. However, if you do not speak Hebrew or Russian, it is difficult to get service from the staff (not the management - they all speak English). We stayed for three days. At Dead Sea, I recommend to take as semi-inclusive (breakfast... More

The Isrotel was lovely: the rooms, the lobby, the immense Dining Room and the pool. . The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfy. After soaking in the Dead Sea, thanks to the hotel's private beach, we enjoyed a delicious dinner and slept soundly. Only disappointment: our itinerary didn't allow us to stay longer!

This hotel is mainly for psoriasus and other medical reasons , the breakfast is terrible , however the VIP breakfast in the ranch house is average . you are given a room on the 8th or 9th floor with access to the lounge (free lunch) . So i suggest asking for the rooms on the 9th or 8th floor it... More

The hotel is well appointed and its location is to take advantage of the Dead Sea delights. The room we had was very nice and clean with views. The Food was top class and plentiful however the staff in the restaurant could learn to be a bit more customer friendly. At one stage I was pushed aside while getting food... More

Beatuiful property adjacent to the Dead Sea.... lovely meals.... lovely rooms but honestly I believe that the front desk is drinking the Dead Sea water and it is rotting their brains. Their is no customer care or service, just abrasiveness and lack of knowledge about anything. When asked how far Masada was... we got variant answers from 2 hours to... More
