We usually stay here once a year and it seems to be improving each time we come back. The management has a commitment to improve services and it shows. We both had the best massages that we have ever had. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Stayed here with a tour group in November. First off, the hotel really is lovely- very clean and comfortable. The customer service is poor though- front desk staff would not provide a receipt for paid internet services (they actually argued with me!), towels were hard to obtain for the spa and beach, and the spa staff was unhelpful with requests....
