I arrived in Mirepoix for an overnight stop. What a beautiful medieval village ! Hotel was centrally located, beautifully furnished & very welcoming. Room was a good size, clean and with every facility one could desire. The evening meal was tasty & very elegantly served.

Two young Dutchmen own and operate this small hotel and restaurant- Gerwin takes care of the front-of-the-house, and Rogier is the chef/somellier. It was a wonderful six-night experience, in an interesting small town that is within an hour (by car) of just about anything of interest in the Midi.
