Simba Safari Camp Hostel, Queen Elizabeth National Park
Initially messed up our booking but put right by the staff.
The rest of our stay was good, nice location, more than adequate rooms and the food was okay.
Considering the price we paid we thought this was great value.

Good budget safari camp, range of accommodations and pricing. Very clean and I was impressed with the enormous towels and linen, considering the price. Would certainly stay again. Booking was messed up a little and communication by telephone a little taxing, but it was quickly remedied and I was very satisfied in the end. Food great and beers reasonably priced....

From my point of view very nice place to stay especially if U like places with spirit and not just spotless places that doesn’t fit into the local nature and parks. Nicely done camp with different options of accommodation (I was staying in “banda” – nice and clean room with toilet and shower and hot water, towels, and soaps…all included....

A really nice place to stay. No big luxury, but the place has a style and spirit that I very much liked, built with natural materials, wood and stone, simple but nice, and very clean. We stayed in a triple room (but just two people in), which was ok - plus all the rooms have a small terrace/verandah in front...

I debated whether to give an average or very good rating for Simba Safari Camp for several reasons. Initially, my reservation made two months in advance was lost and fortunately, I contacted the camp two weeks before departure and discovered this was the case. The camp offered two complimentary nights in the dorm as a way to make up for...

We arrived about 8:30PM after a ten hour drive. The staff was waiting and prepared a meal for us despite the hour. They helped us arrange transport the next day to the Kazinga Channel and Mweya lodge, then a game drive our second day. The cabins are quite nice with porches, basic and clean bathrooms and showers. The camp is...

Simba Safari Camp is located in the heart of Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda. The rooms are modest, but very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Each room has a private front porch and lovely landscaping featuring some of Africa's finest flowers and plants. The staff were very helpful even having extra flashlights and umbrellas on hand if...

If you don't mind cockroaches and unrenovated toilet, you can stay here. To those who prefer comfort and lesure is better to stay in the other place.
Our room was quit large with a big bed, but it was the only advantage.
