Have stayed here many times. One of the most economical hotels in Watertown. Have never had a problem with the staff. Hotel needs a major overhaul...old styles, minor wall-wallpaper damage, old beds, air conditioners, TV, no elevator, etc. Some rooms have microwaves and some don't.
