I respect the right of smokers, but it's too much in the casino. Smelly, thick and everywhere - you can't escape it, even in the "smoke free" sections. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic (The Rodizio) and our room was gorgeous. Newly renovated, large, clean and an excellent view. We went to see a show in their main convention... More

We were on the newer floor....the 6th...large room, beautiful view, immaculate, Rugs are clean, bed linens smell clean and fresh, amenities are nice with a loofah in the shower. So much walking through to get to different places in the casino. Still....people are helpful and friendly. parking is easy if you park in the garage. More

I recently stayed in the tower for business function. The complimentary valet parking for staying at the resort was very nice. Check in was quick and painless and we made it up to our room in no time. We were on the 18th floor and had a nice view of the surrounding area. The room was nice and clean enough... More

Stayed in the Tower at Turning Stone for two nights. Our room was an average room, somewhat outdated. Was clean but just average. Had a bit of a strong odor to it. The room did have a lounger chair that was very comfortable. The bed was not very comfortable. In the tower you have to pay $10 a day to... More

Rooms were very nice. Had to wait until 4 to check in but not a big deal. I just wish the casino had a better no smoking area. More

Stayed at this hotel at the casino for one night. Had planned on two, but due to my disappointment with the room, left after one night. The entire casino/hotel complex is very outdated. The casino floors are dark, with very low ceilings. Not many choices for dining. The room itself is definately not 4-star rating. My tower room overlooked the... More

We stayed at Turningstone..Midweek,,, Kinda slow which is better than millions of people. There was a convention there,,,(Guns and amo) which did not interest us. Visited the casino and its nice,,, Smaller than some and the machines seem to be on the older version.. People still playing them though... The Resturants are really nice.... The Buffet is reasonably priced and... More

The rooms are always clean, well stocked, and quiet. Bathrooms are large and luxurious. Love the showers with the glass doors! Just one rule, which they will tell you at the desk, "don't touch the mini-bar" unless you want to get charged. that means you cannot put anything in either to keep cold, the only annoyance. The staff at the... More

Not exactly a trip for anyone young and looking for excitement or to be entertained. Food was good, but entertainment and friendliness were lacking. Being a casino I am sure the entertainment was designed to keep people on the casino floor. Most people here were of retirement age, and maybe this was because it was a work day. Trip as... More
