We (my husband and me, my mom & her BF, my in-laws, and our teen-aged son) rented out the entire Morning Glory B & B for four days for my daughter's college graduation in May 2011. What a perfect weekend! The common rooms and areas were so lovely and homey. We spent a lot of time there reading and chatting.... More

Morning Glory and Innkeeper Laurie provided a pleasant and friendly experience. The location is quiet, yet convenient to Trumansburgs Mainstreet and it is just a short drive to the state park and to Ithaca. We stayed in the Master Suite. It was comfortable and clean. Laurie provides the right amount of interaction with her guests being friendly, yet not intrusive.... More

This B&B is right out of a fairy tale, with it's glorious natural setting. Laurie, lovely proprietor, is accommodating to the max, friendly, and her breakfast spread is bountiful and delicious. The house has been lovingly furnished, down to the last detail. My room was cozy and inviting. Well worth the efforts to visit -- it was a sweet stay.... More

All the charm & loveliness I expect from a classic B & B, with service beyond my expectations. Laurie is a delightful hostess, caring & cheerful. Great attention to detail and really delicious, beautiful, and satisfying breakfast graciously presented daily. So glad I was there. More

I had planned to only stay two nights at Morning Glory. However, when I got there and saw the beautiful house, the private yard and the delightful porch, I felt completely at home and booked a third night. Laurie, the owner, is a very special hostess and so attentive to the needs of her guests. The room was cozy, quiet... More

An extremely comfortable bed, a perfect sized room, a gigantic eclectic library, a wonderful porch, sitting room, and dining room, and a great hostess. AND, her little dog is actually pleasant and not yappy! Breakfast was wholesome and nutritious and just plain good. I stayed for 5 days and felt well-looked after, but not hovered over. My highest endorsement. More

We can only echo what many other reviewers are writing. We stayed for three nights and it was perfect. The house is in a great location, with the quaint village of Trumansburg less than a mile away. The house itself is very inviting, with a beautiful yard and just a great feel. The huge front porch was awesome to sit... More

Our family stayed at the Morning Glory to attend a wedding at a winery on Seneca Lake. We stayed for 3 days. We felt welcomed at the B&B. Laurie, the owner, is warm, friendly and obviously likes people. She asked us when we would like to have breakfast every morning. Coffee was available from early in the morning (6:00AM). The... More

My husband and I from New York and friends of ours from Ottawa met halfway for a weekend in the Finger Lakes. Our friend's husband found Morning Glory B&B on the internet, and all I can say is that it's one glorious morning when Laurie makes you breakfast. She puts so much love into everything she does in and for... More

I had never stayed in a B&B before and had my hesitations to start with, but the boyfriend assured me (having done those himself many times) that i would like it, and indeed that was the case. Not only did i like it, i loved it. The B&B is so beautiful, clean, surrounded by trees and nature; perfect get away... More
