Nice, comfortable king size bed but pillows were substandard. Convenient location, just off the highway and close to shopping. Slow, begrudging check-in. Very poor wifi; there but loaded nothing. Small, poor towels. Loud AC.

Stayed here with my fiancé while some major repairs were being done at my apartment. The place is disgusting and the staff was beyond rude to the point of being threatening. When we got there our room was one of the only ones without a carpet and the floors were so grimy and nasty we blackened two towels cleaning it and eventually got a dollar tree mop to maintain it. Later that night we found a roach in the bed (if I can find a way to post video here I'll post it) and since I had already paid a non refundable weekly rate, could not afford to pay another one somewhere else, and they weren't willing to switch the room I had to buy bug spray. We killed ants, spiders, and roaches. I had to wash all my clothes and wipe down all my stuff before coming back home. The shower curtain was covered in mold. And the one wall was covered in dirt and had paint chipped off. Every day we had housekeeping in and literally, two of the housekeepers only knew the word "towel" because all they did was change the towels. Then the night before we were leaving the lightbulb in the bathroom burned out and we had to call maintenance. Maintenance shows up, and a minute later a relative of the manager shows up to watch him. And he points to the wall where the dirt and chipped paint was and accuses us of damaging their "freshly painted" wall because they had "just renovated" that room this month. Just looking at the wall that was not fresh dirt, it was months' worth of buildup. And the paint that was missing looked more like damage from moving furniture around than anything but also some of the paint was dissolved not chipped indicating that the paint on that wall was quite old. I point all this out and the guy is yelling at me that I'm gonna get charged to repaint the wall. I'm trying to show him how we couldn't have done it and how the paint is clearly older than he's saying but he's insistent. I finally told him the people who dropped us off had seen the wall like that when we got there and he left. The maintenance guy then informed us that wall hadn't been painted "in quite some time" and said he would talk to staff. We assumed it was all over. Next morning I'm getting ready to check out while my fiancé is showering. My friend was there and I was packing the trunk of his car with my stuff. One of the women working there (I believe the manager's wife) comes in screaming at me about the wall again and I'm trying to explain things but she's full on screaming over me to the point where my ears were ringing. She calls over two more of the employees and they come in, talking amongst themselves in their native language, then surround me refusing to let me leave the room until I was willing to pay for the wall to be painted. At this point, my friend is looking concerned and I'm trapped in the room, my fiancé still in the shower. My friend tries reasoning with them and I eventually push past one of them, grab the rest of my stuff, and leave the room. A few minutes so by and they barge in on my fiancé while he's naked and drying off. We left as quickly as possible. I've already contacted my bank in case they try to charge my account. I'm not paying for damages I didn't cause because they're either too cheap to pay for their own repairs or too lazy to check the rooms after each guest leaves to see who actually damaged it. And I will never stay here again, or at the other motels the owner of this one also owns (Royal Inn on Niagara Falls Boulevard, Budget Inn on Sheridan Drive, and Economy Inn on Grand Island Boulevard... the maintenance guy filled us in). I'd have felt cleaner and safer sleeping on a park bench.

This hotel is a NIGHTMARE! They charged me 140 a night for a room that smelled like mold. The carpet stunk so bad it made me sick! I woke up with a croupe like cough that I had to take antibiotics to get rid of!!! There is black mold in the bathroom, air conditioner filters are disgustingly filthy, bathroom fan filthy! They provided no housekeeping! Laundry machines are broken so you cannot wash your clothes! I would not recommend it. Total Rip Off!!!

My wife booked this room at $130 for our anniversary trip to the falls. When we arrived I was a bit apprehensive at the outter appearance. When we checked in we were told that they over booked our room and upgraded us to the Jacuzzi suite for an extra $20. We went to said room and the card wouldn't work and a woman answered the door. The employee then gave me back my 20 and another room. The room we got smelled like Cheech and Chong lived in there for a while. The bathtub was backed up and wouldn't drain. The maintenance guy kinda got that to work. When we took our showers we got to stand in a tub full of water. The ceilings had weird stains on them. There was a dirty tampon in the toilet when we went to use it. Unfortunately everything else in the area was booked or I would have taken my loss. The mattress was wore out and tired. We went to dinner and came back to what I can only assume was some kind of junkie by her appearance, sitting on the sidewalk in front of our room, she was arguing on the phone very loudly with someone. The tv was newer the only button that worked was channel up. In short just keep moving if you see this spot.

FIrst of all, the woman managing the place is the most rude person I have ever met at a motel, could not speak english, baby crying, extremely rude. I thought I had booked but I did not, we chose to go in the room just so we could quickly eat something, absolutely disgusting, hair everywhere, smelly, dirty towels, disgusting. Went back to dingy office, back to the young woman manager who can't speak english yet shouted at me because I misunderstood and she can't speak english. Thank God I did not book and was able to leave hotel! Worst 1.5 hours of my life, literally would take her an hour to book you in hotel. No business skills, do not ever go there!

I stayed at this hotel. It was a last minute booking to spend time with family. They had booked a room elsewhere and their hotel was booked up. I booked this to be close to them. I wish I would have looked at the reviews beforehand. This place is scary. I booked a non-smoking room. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. One of the towels hung in the bathroom (folded...so I assumed they were laundered)...had what appeared to be a fresh blood stain on it...needless to say I didn't use that towel. I had my beach towel with me and used that. I also had a blanket in my car so I slept in that on top of the bed. The walls are also paper thin so I heard everyone comings and goings...loud neighbors coming in at 2:30 in the morning! Also I had no remote control in my room for the TV. I used it with the manual controls since I didn't want to have to go back to the office. WiFi was spotty or non-existent! Oh, and you have to be "buzzed" into the office...how safe is that? I slept...sort of. I pushed the big chair in the room up against the door...so I felt safer. One more thing...the bathrooms are very small. If you want your toes touching the tub when you sit on the toilet to do your business...then this is the place for you! I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies...It was gross and scary!!

Had a non-smoking room booked last August, coming up from CT. Called to announce a late arrival, was told no problem, got to the hotel to find one room left and it was a smoking room. The owner/manager gave us a can of air freshener upon check-in, however no amount of air freshener would work on that room. The room was stinky, moldy, dirty, and dark - the lighting was very poor. Needless to say, we refused the room and told the owner we could not stay in that room with the overwhelming cigarette smoke smell (and God knows whatever else). After we left, I found that the owner added a no show charge to the cancellation, which we had to explain to hotels.com of what happened. We finally got refunded two days later. I am shocked that this motel is still operating. Just read the other reviews, it is filthy and disgusting... maybe good for hookers only.

That is the kindest thing I'd say about this place. The room we stayed in was dirty and had a stale kind of smell which could only be removed by leaving the window open and air-con on. There was some kind of bug in the room but I didn't see it...only the dead one in the bathroom (I think it probably committed suicide). There were four of us & we'd driven for over 10 hours and it was late or we'd of tried to find somewhere else. We didn't have the energy & the bedsheets looked clean - so we gritted our teeth and hoped to make it through the night. From holes in the walls to a fridge & microwave you just wouldn't want to touch; wifi which is intermittent & so annoying you revert to your phone provider's; a TV where the picture doesn't fit the screen; dirty carpets & a really crap continental breakfast - why this place ain't been shut down, I do not know? There are quite a few big signs around reception reminding you that there are NO REFUNDS....I guess they get a lot of unhappy people. If it had of been more than one night - I would have refused to stay and got a refund either from them or my credit card company / as I just would refuse to pay to stay in these conditions. Whilst we were hanging around the small unmanned reception (I think they hide) - having a very weak coffee & horrible toast (we took a few muffins as they were packaged - but even they were horrid) a couple came in & complained the light in their bathroom wasn't working & there was no water coming out the shower. If we'd stayed another 5 minutes I guess we'd of heard other similar stories. The only thing this place benefits from is its location next to the main road so you can make a speedy exit.

I made a booking late at night and we arrived around 2am. During check-in I asked the receptionist if we could extend for 1 more night. She said it was possible but we would need to change the room the next day which was ok. So my credit card was charged for 2 nights. The next morning another receptionist called the room and said that the rate had changed and we would need to pay the difference. Trying to understand why different people provide different information, I went to the reception. However, 5 minutes after our telephone conversation, the receptionist gave me another news: we had to move out because they had no vacancy! When I referred to my interaction with her colleague the previous night, she simply told me that it was my own problem and I HAD to move out. (not making this up, she literally said: "It's your own problem. You can find yourself another place to stay"!!!) So we had to move out. By the time we were checking out, there was another receptionist who said that she does not know the name of her colleague who kicked us out! Seriously?! you don't know the name of the person who was there 5 minutes ago?! She called the manager (that's what she told us at least) and asked to explain the situation. The so-called manager did not even talk to us but we were given a refund. I have a strong feeling that the "manager" was the same receptionist who kicked us out. We were told that her name was Linda although I do not know how true that is. Overall, the most horrible experience I have ever had in my life. Yes. this is a cheap motel but I expect to be treated as a human despite that. Scandalous and unbelievable.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights during out visit to Niagara Falls. I booked thru Expedia a week before our travel, on the day of check-in I got a call from the owner in morning saying our booking is not confirmed and we have to give the card details again to her. I was in shocked as I got the booking confirmation from Expedia long back. When asked the owner said Expedia has booked the hotel, but we have not reserved it, I called Expedia to confirm again to ensure I am not falling under any trap. After few phone calls and spending much time the issue was resolved. Now when we arrived the room we got was very small, I wouldn't have complained if its hygienically maintained, much to our dismay we found every towel provided in the room is very very dirty with full of hair. Absolutely disgusting. Would never recommend this to anyone.
