The Tarrytown Doubletree is a warm and welcoming oasis before or after my forays into NYC. Pleasant staff, excellent food and spacious comfortable rooms. It reduces my business expenses by allowing to spend the day in the City meeting clients and enjoy the respite of a pleasant evening with significantly less expense.

I was greeted with warm cookies and a smile at check-in. The front desk person "Dolly" quickly processed me for an early check-in;an ordeal that at other hotels is very problematic...they normally respond that early check-in is not an option!! I was very pleased with the professionallism of "Dolly", a pleasant personality is always welcome after a long travel day.

The rooms at the Doubletree in Tarrytown are nothing above the ordinary, but the hotel is full of amenities for just about everything you could need. I've stayed at this location a couple of times and have had consistently good experiences. It is definitely a good value as well. Check-in, nice room, breakfast, check-out, service, and staff were all superior. I will definitely stay here any time I'm in this area.
