This is an excellent hotel located on the campus of Syracuse University. There are numerous amenities which exceed the normal offerings of a Sheraton Hotel. The 9th floor club room is well equipped with a computer and excellent food offerings in the morning and afternoon. The newly re-decorated rooms are comfortable. It is the best place to stay in Syracuse.

The Syracuse Sheraton is consistent. I always stay on the Concierge level and it is nice to have the lounge right there. I like the fact that it has very comfortable beds and non-connecting rooms. The coffee is wayyy to strong and there is a Starbucks 100 yards out the front door. The bar is cozy and the people nice.... More

This was our 4th time staying here. When we come up to visit our son during the off season when not much is going on, rooms are around $250/night which is high for Syracuse, NY BUT, it really is worth the convenience. We stayed at this hotel without our kids for 3 nights. It was a good weekend. We were able to book this stay with our Aeroplan card, spending no money, except on parking. It was nice. Although we enjoyed our stay very much, the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows could do with being replaced. The locations was good... More
