I travel often and found myself at this Syracuse hotel. The staff was very nice. The room was updated. The linens were nice. The clock was impossible to figure out. Loved the updated rooms and the room amenities. The new elevators are awesome. I don't like the area the hotel is in. The area doesn't have shops walking distance. I was there on a Sunday and it was a ghost town.
