“Great place for a relaxing, private stay in the hamptons”

We have stayed here for three summers in a row. We love the location. The Lobster Inn is walking distance away. The pool is very nice, and having it all to ourselves is great. We usually eat the breakfast by the pool. My girlfriend loves the breakfast. The apartment has maps to the beaches and areas that are very helpful.... More

“Lots of privacy in this rental appartment close to Southampton”

The Nearshore feels more like an appartment than a B&B. You have plenty of space, a small basic kitchen, your own terrace, free Wi-Fi, and there are plenty of books and magazines to chose from. Breakfast is plenty and fresh. The appartment looks pretty much like it is featured on the website and has a modern, seaside look to it.... More

“Perfectly Private Getaway”

The Nearshore's tastefully appointed modern style set it apart from other B&Bs as we were searching for a place to stay in the Hamptons. The independence allowed to us by our gracious hosts while we were there--use of the pool, directions to get wherever we wanted, and a well-stocked studio (local info, magazines, wifi, books, movies, teas and coffees, toiletries)...
