For one thing, there are two properties here - that was never actually made clear via their website or any communications. This guest was part of a bridal party and the arrangements for using our overflow property were arranged by an unrelated person for this guest. We clearly communicated the special arrangements, check-in times and property addresses for each property with the person booking.
