We stayed in the State Seal room, and words cannot describe the spacious opulence of our room. Aside from the lovely terrace and enormous bath with all the amenities, there truly are no words! Clean?--no, immaculate is more like it. And you'd think that they had renovated just yesterday from the attention to detail. I mean there was not a... More

A friend's wedding took us to Saratoga Springs from Boston last month, and we were surprised by the comfort and hospitality of this B&B. The room was simply and tastefully furnished; the breakfasts were delicious, and the proprietors were solicitous in a thoughtful but unobtrusive way, making sure everyone was as satisfied as possible. In fact, I left my iPad... More

It was a cold rainy night as we drove into the Springwater Bed and Breakfast Parking Lot. The door was open and we were greeted by Lyn, a woman who immediately made us feel both welcomed. After a brief conversation Lyn brought us to our room which was impeccably designed for comfort and privacy. Immaculately clean, our room felt like... More

Our two night stay was perfect. Everything here is done to such a high standard, the room we stayed in was beautiful and spacious with everything we could possibly need and more. The breakfast was a lovely homemade affair with fresh scones or muffins daily as well as a choice of main dish. Breakfast is served in a very pleasant... More

We were just staying here one night on our way to Canada, and upon arrival, we both were considering scraping the whole trip and just staying here for the weekend. It is so lovely! The building and rooms are straight out of Country Living magazine and the owners are both so sweet and helpful. We arrived very late one night... More

This was my first bed and breakfast stay, and I am grateful that I was able to have the initial experience with Springwater. I had always been hesitant about staying at a B&B because I felt they would lack privacy and be uncomfortably intimate, but Springwater proved my preconceived notions wrong. Leslie greeted us upon our arrival and was kind... More

I review boutique hotels for a living and this bed and breakfast beats at least 50% of the hotels I see hands down. Why? First they haven't cut corners - where they have used less than the best it's only because it adds to the experience. The mother and daughter team here are some of the most charming people I... More

We loved our room at the Springwater Inn – one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully furnished and not a single thing was missing: it had a large bed, large sofa, fireplace, table & chairs, a fridge, high ceilings with fan, a very large bathroom with walk-in shower and even a covered balcony. The owners... More

This B & B was one of the best we have ever stayed in! This newly constructed B & B has both modern amenities and old world charm. It is spotless, with beautiful antique decor. The rooms are spacious and have much natural light. The mother/daughter owners are so gracious, warm and welcoming. The full home cooked breakfast is delicious... More

Loved our experience here! A very special way to round out 2012. We will be back! Arriving in the snow, the property had a beautiful winter glow. The owners gladly let us borrow their snow shoes to go for a stroll in the nearby state park. Very warm and attentive without being intrusive. Fresh made breakfast is amazing too!
