Tried this hotel while traveling between Olean and Jamestown, NY for business. Small, cramped, and looks more like an old Motel 8 than an HI brand. The entire hotel stunk of smoke and most people were there to gamble at the local casino. I will drive the 1.5 hours to Buffalo next time instead of staying here.

I have stayed at this location many times while traveling on business. This is truly one of the cleanest, most friendly Holiday Inns I have ever visited. They tend to your needs in a very quick and efficient manner. The rooms are large, clean and up to date.

We stayed here for an overnight trip for our anniversary and had a great stay! Pool and hot tub were great and there was a shuttle to the Casino which is very close. Service was great and everything was very clean. I would stay here again.
was traveling for work with 3 co-workers we all ahd a wonderful expereince. rooms were clean and very nice, pool and hot tub was a wonderful bonus and the staff was very freindly and helpful! the only thing missing was a refridge and microwave in the room :( !! however teh microwave was avaliable for use in the lobby!
