Had to stay two days because my job put Me there. Lobby is cute so you think nice place. Then there are the rooms. Tiny, smelly and falling apart. Stained sheets and pillow cases. Old dingy ripped carpets. Ancient Tv with bad reception. Then of course there were the hookers. During the day taboot!

It's a good location. Easy to get to from airport(s). Near Long Island Rail Road. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. I wouldn't stay here alone as a woman-- Kind of a shady area at night. I don't like that the room doors are outside.
When we were built in 1964 for the worlds fair we were considered very modern, funny how times changed.

great place, respectable staff, never felt this comfortable before. all amenities were in working order as opposed to other hotels on long island. had important clients to impress, and they were very impressed. will be using them more frequently. lisa was great as well her staff members. very knowlegable and friendly.

The Best Western in Rockville Center is a fantastic location for access to NYC and so many locations on Long Island. We easily walked to the train station and we were in Manhattan in less then 40 minutes-perfect! The General Manager told us about all sorts of fantastic places to eat and drink all within walking distance of the hotel....

Stayed again for business and was greeted like a returning family member. The GM (Lisa I think) was a wealth of information on getting around- Train to NYC so convienent and where to eat. Although this is an older property they keep it very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff led by the GM are all fantastic!...

Welcome back! Thanks for the nice review. A bigger thanks from my staff on complimenting the cleanliness of the hotel. Being built in 1964 for the New Yorks World's Fair is a daily challange for us, but haveing a great housekeeping team and front desk team make it easy. Hope to see you again.

A very clean and efficiently run hotel. Very personable staff. Located in Rockville Center lots of establishments to entertain me during off work hours. Extremely easy for me to get to Manhattan via LIRR. The train stop is walking distace.
