I thought the Courtyard Poughkeepsie was a great choice overall. Nice lobby/bar area with decent wine/beer selection & snacks for sale near the check in which was helpful. The bar has a decent menu as well but closes early [10 p.m.] and since we were there for a wedding next door it would have been nice if it stayed open... More

We have a great stay at this location. The highlights were the fantastic staff and lounge food options. The hotel is under renovation and many rooms are being remoldled so give this location a try. The staff were some of the best we have enountered anywhere.

Just stayed for 2 days, loved the location, seems like either renovated or new, very clean, used pool very nice, my only issue is the soap and shampoo are not of very high quality any more, might want to look into that management team..

Stay at the Courtyard in Poughkeepsie for a one night stay on business. Close to a few resturants and shopping and overall a nice place to stay. No free breakfast however, they have a nice bistro with many food options. Ask to stay in section C as those rooms have been renovated.
