This hotel is very clean, well maintained, and good value for money, albeit a small room and only a queen size bed. Air conditioner was very noisy and could not be tolerated if sleeping, although we were lucky it wasn't too hot and we didn't need it, just opened the window. We have enjoyed this great hotel for the past year, as we have been staying here once a month since our daughter has been a student at SUNY Plattsburgh. We have stayed here a number of times and always have had a suite (for three). This time we had a much smaller room, a 'cozy' queen on the front side of the building. It was clean and attractive.
