Good news for the Brookwood. They are now a Hilton, well actually as of late January 2013 they are closed for remodel for a couple months but it looks like things are a changing for the better. Stayed two nights while attending a nearby conference. Practical and serviceable hotel with really lovely staff. Receptionist Nancy is a particular gem - so friendly and helpful. Only downside of staying here was the expensive car/taxi fares for 10 minute drive away.

Hotel itself was great. Clean, nice rooms and staff was great. Booked room in June for Daughters wedding in October. Supposed to have a "block" of rooms. Family was scattered all over the hotel.
