Clean, newly renovated rooms at a great value. Plus a nice location on the lake. Motel parking right outside the room and a second door which opens to the interior of the motel. Be sure to ask for a lake view room.

Great for teams enjoying Cooperstown! Kids can be kids outdoors (fishing, swimming, flashlight tag, etc.). Perfect area for adults to congregate & have fun. Rooms are comfortable and clean but very basic. Easy to get to Dreams Park or in to Oneonta. Friendly & accommodating staff.

We stayed one night and were very pleasantly surprised. Our room was an efficiency at their lakeside facility and was VERY clean and well maintained.
