Staff wonderful, friendly, helpful. We stay twice each year and more if we can arrange it. We love the lower level. Love sitting out by back by the lake. Close to everything. We are motorcyclists and can get bikes in under porch if weather is bad. We don't do the in house breakfast because part of the fukl is going... More

Cold welcoming. Very outdated. Breakfast isn't even available till 8am which is diffcult when you have small children. Pool area was dirty.Website makes it out to be much nicer than it is. Worth maybe $80 a night but $120 no way.

Another fantastic stay at the Forge Motel. Huge rooms and wonderful views of the lake. Walking distance to the water park, restaurants and shops. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Great view of the lake. The pool is nice for the kids and free breakfast. Great value for the price. Walking distance to everything in town. I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Old Forge!

Friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms . And the best veiw of the lake. Nice place to sit and watch the boats. Pet friendly. Continental breakfast is good. Nice indoor pool. Have stayed here on and off since the 60's. So like the title says, The only place we stay in Old Forge!

It's everything you would aspect from a motel. Basic, but clean (which in my opinion is the most important thing). The view is great though and it's nice and quiet. Als mentioned before breakfast is very simpel, but otherwise many other motels don't offer any breakfast so this will do. I would stay here again.
