A wonderful quaint hotel nestled in the back streets of Oia. We had a wonderful large room over looking the sea with access to the roof. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to all the best restaurants Oia has to offer. The Best part of the stay was the service, the wonderful front desk staff was always cheerful... Stayed at Aethrio hotel for a week long yoga retreat. I arrived early and was one of the last to leave the group and the staff members were very friendly and accomodating. They knew my name immediately and remembered me and were always helping; from giving travels tips, ideas of things to do in town, sights to see, also helped... More

I stayed at Hotel Aethrio with a large group of people this past September. The location of the hotel is great, right in the center of everything. Good restaurants, shops and cafes are within walking distance. The hotel itself has an eclectic collection of rooms. They are all vastly different from each other. Our room was huge with a loft... Well if you want the full experience of the most stunning island in the world, you need to stay here! This hotel was in a great spot, was so clean and the pool and view from the pool is awesome, breakfast was lovely, and the girl at the desk (Georgia) was so helpful and very sweet. Catch a taxi to... It's hard to explain but the rooms were very oddly designed. I felt like I was staying in a creepy cave. Two doors into the room - one door could only be un/locked from the inside and had a crazy steep/long stairway directly into the bedroom. The other door could be un/locked from inside and out but had a crazy... More

My husband and I just got back from a 5 day vacation in Greece. Luckily we decided to spend 3 days in santorini specifically at hotel aethrio! This place is gorgeous and everything you expect from a Greek hotel in santorini. Beautiful and unique apartment rooms complete with blue doors and shutters! We booked a studio but little did we... We hosted a yoga retreat here. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. The rooms are traditional and basic. The pool is great and the location is perfect. Tucked away from everything but very close by. I would come again for sure.

Budget hotel but good location. My wife and I weren't very happy with the hotel. The breakfast was very average and it isn't in the best part of Oia. Good sunset though and extremely friendly staff. What really ticked us off was the transport the hotel had arranged. The cab came good 30 minutes late to pick us up from... More

There are some good and retro rooms with small yard, but it is a little hard for us to find. And we can walk to shore of Oia easily.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Great location, short stroll to many restaurants. Best of all has to be the awesome views and amazing sunsets which can be viewed from the hotel rooftop. Great place to stay.
