Good location, but not on the Caldera side (wich means that you are safe if an earthquake situation;) Sunset view, sea view! Good place for families. Good price considering it is in Oia (we paid 50 euro/May). Very friendly hosts! Highly recommended if you dont want to spend too much money on accomodation.
