First glance the hotel looks clean with my room #143 apparently having a fairly new rug and new bath. But the bathroom floor was filthy so I washed it with a towel from the pool area. This hotel is right next to the Cnd factory outlet, good for shopping trip and parking. Front lobby is ok and rooms are clean. But it is far from restaurant and main attractions.
