DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE ANY BREATHING PROBLEMS - OR - IF YOU ARE AT ALL SENSITIVE TO STRONG ODORS. Attempted to stay one night on May 15, 2012. Arrived around 2:00pm was greeted as a gold member then given my room key. Immediately went to the room which was clean but had an extremely strong... More

We had been use to staying at the Senceca Hotel but this year tried the Hampton instead. Check- in was a quick process, coffee/tea/hot chocolate always available in the lobby. Our room was quite clean and a fair size. We didn't have any noise issues overnight and breakfast was included in the morning. It consisted of cereals, bagels, waffles, yogurt, eggs... More

Large rooms, clean, warm even if outside was freezing, free wi-fi in the rooms, helpful staff (could provide information about the Niagara falls attractions and their timetables), breakfast is included and has quite a large choice of food for a 3 star hotel. Downsides:The eating area looks like a cafeteria. Distance from Niagara falls - 10 minutes walk.

This was a great option for a night in Niagara Falls while we were in the area for a dance competition in Grand Island. The rooms are updated and clean, the bed linens are the fresh newer style where even the comforters are washed between guests. Breakfast is convenient and sufficient. There was also coffee available throughout the day which... More

We always stay here when we go to the Falls but the last couple of times, we were disappointed in the drab appearance and breakfast. They have recently remodeled the rooms and lounge/breakfast area and the improvement is fantastic. Our room was immaculate and was equipped with a refrigerator and micro - both of which we used. The entire staff... More

Room was clean and comfortable, the bedding excellent. Well equipped with safe and flat screen TV. Breakfast had quite a lot of variety and was well attended. The reception service was friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that it is quite a distance to walk to the Falls compared to other motels such as Days Inn. But as we... More

we travel a lot and always stay at Hampton inn due to its great value and newer hotels. this Hampton is the worst that we have stayed at. smelly room due to cleaning fluids, dirty and beat up hotel,no security lock on the door, no signs on the exterior of the building, and the neighborhood makes the Bronx look good.... Another short stay for us, but it was better than average. We arrived late, but were met with a friendly face in the front window. Everything was clean and we had a microwave, flatscreen, and a refrigerator. Turned out we needed the microwave because we couldn't find any open restaurants. The property is withing walking distance of the American Falls... More

The Hampton was very clean and felt new. The finishings are nice, the staff polite and friendly. Even the parking lot was clean. But the fold-out couch was uncomfortable, with metal rods close below the mattress. Our 2nd floor room was behind a sign, so we could see the sky and little else. The coffee station crowds the lobby. All... More

Spent 2 nights at this motel in early April with my husband and 2 grand-daughters. The breakfast was incredible, the front desk was very nice and helpful. Our grand-daughters loved the pool and we had a great time seeing the Falls but the overall condition of this motel was not what we expected from Hampton Inn. The window in our... More
