Large rooms, clean, warm even if outside was freezing, free wi-fi in the rooms, helpful staff (could provide information about the Niagara falls attractions and their timetables), breakfast is included and has quite a large choice of food for a 3 star hotel. Downsides:The eating area looks like a cafeteria. Distance from Niagara falls - 10 minutes walk.
