The hotel is walking distance to the main strip but far enough away that you are away from the crowds. It needs some updating, but it's a decent place to stay for the price you pay. The only downside is that it doesn't have a pool.

Would never recommend this place to anyone! We found a HUGH cockroach and the owner tried to say it was an outside bug and started playing with it!!!!! He did not even kill it. Horrible! Then to top it all off tried to get out of giving us our money back, very rude!
Just a note to travelers, be warned, do not stay here, we kept the evidence, woke up two kids at midnight to flee from this disgraceful place, thank God I left the dog in the car, do not stay here!!!
Considering the fact that you only stay overnight at Niagara, and spend most of the time outside your hotel, this is a decent option. A little overpriced, though.
The bathroom wasn't in a good condition. the shower almost refused to work..
Everything in the room was a bit dated, but well-kept. Some light bulbs were out.
Get the 3-queen-bed roo....

It was ok.I liked the size of the property. I felt safe!!The bed had seen it's better days. The location was great.I've stated in worse places along Niagara falls blvd. The price was right.I don't like spending too much on hotels.
Horrible! Got depresssed as soon as I entered the room. The bed might be 30 years old, TV with out remote atleast 30 yrs old, carpet was not clean. I l have decided that I will never stay at NON - brand named hotels.
We have stayed at this Inn 4 times in the last 2 months. It was wonderful for the price. The new operators are refurbishing and upgrading. We had several pleasant chats with the manager and housekeepers who are doing a super job of cleaning. The beds in all the rooms we stayed in are firm and comfortable. Exterior grounds are...

We made a sudden plan to drive to Niagara and the only less expensive hotel we found on a travel website was for about 60 bucks.
Agreed that you get what you pay for but I would never stay at this place even for free....
We unlocked the door after a struggle and were shocked to see the interior,

At least 4 bathrooms had no latches, explains how the inn is maintained.
