I have to say I heard so much bad stuff about this hotel , but it had the best bar scene . The bar had bands play there , it was great !!! We had a blast !!!

I stayed here with friends over the weekend and we had a great time. The rooms are very basic, yes, but it is one of the cheapest options in Montauk. The bar scene is the best in town and has a great crowd and awesome live music!!

It was cheap and creepy. There were gaps an holes in the walls and I kept thinking we were being watched the whole time. I'm surprised they're still in business. The bar was fun and friendly but the rooms... not for the faint hearted.

Scary manager/owner, filthy rooms. Two towels total in bathroom. One half-used roll of toilet paper. Lock on dilapidated door broke, owner accused us of breaking it. Ridiculous at well over $100/night. Nothing in the immediate area looks too hot, but please stay away from this joint. Eek.
