Hotel rooms don't have walls between the rooms so it's very noisy and you don't have much privacy because your neighbors can hear your whole conversation.

I stay at the Breakers every year with my family. It's great for children of all ages, especially because they have a kiddie pool and other activities for children (ping pong, volleyball, playground).. Reasonable prices even during high season! If you just want a low key place to have a great time, Breakers is it!
