As others have said the hotel is an older property with a semi-80's theme to it's architecture. Inside however Marriott has taken time to update the common areas and rooms. Unfortunately we arrived at this hotel for 3 days during major dance competions and wrestling awards...we were on the top floor(4) thanks for that because there were 500+ kids running all over the place....we were not happy that the concierge lounge was closed for Fri/Sat...They did give us vouchers for the breakfast buffet which was excellent...The room was certainly adequate.... I've used this hotel on numerous occasions for Business. The main reason i use this hotel and not others in the area is simply down to the welcome you get on arrival and throughout your stay. The staff are helpful informative and interested.
