Below average for what I expect in a Fairfield. Clean and comfortable but a little worn. Did not have laundry facility - was told there was one across the street in shopping center - we passed because area was a little "scary". Internet service was weak. Breakfast was good & personnel was very pleasant.

We chose this hotel to be centrally located between the ferry to Fire Island and the scenic North Fork. Very glad we did. This is a repeat visit to this hotel and our expectations were met again. Hotel is in great condition and kept clean. Rooms are smaller than average but service and limited ammenities are acceptable.
