Visited the Adirondaks at the end of October and had a wonderful stay at the Shamrock! Everything is very well kept and the staff was wonderful and made us feel very, very welcomed! The beach is beautiful complete with a bald eagle! Hope to make this a yearly trip and can't wait to go back!!

We were there off season. Great value, very clean and beautiful location. Looks like a great place to stay in season. No frills but very clean. We were in the Motel portion, for just one night. The cabins are closer to the lake and would be better for a longer stay.

After three weeks of travelling in the US, I have to say that Shamrock Motel & Cottages was the best hotel/motel we stayed at during our trip (that is, best out of twelve). Tim and Beate really make it feel like home. The whole area is beautiful, and this motel is the perfect place to explore it.
