I asked for the least expensive room and the total price was $110 (on a holiday weekend). The bed was super comfortable, the room was sparkling clean, and the rear, first floor location was perfect. I will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

I have to say, I was very impressed by how large the room was. It was a suite that included a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, full couch, chairs and much more. Not a bad place for a tourist trap saturated county. decent room at a decent price. Not too far from niagara falls and many other family friendly attractions. Easy to get to. Will stay there anytime im in the area and need a room.

We used to live in Lockport and were back in town for a wedding. I drove by this hotel for eight years and never stopped in. When we booked a room we were so pleasantly surprised by the excellent caring staff and the great big room. Had a great stay and will be back in summer 2013 for another visit.

I've stayed here for years. The staff is super. The rooms are huge. They have free movies, ceiling fans, whirlpool tubs, great televisions, and many rooms with fireplaces. I see a lot of reviews give this place high regard, but I can not. the bathrooms are a dingy yellow like the 1970's if even that current.
