I stood here w my bf for Memorial Day weekend it was perfect for the two of us, rooms were very clean an modern. The location was perfect! It was right in middle of town walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The rooms were small but it did the job for sleeping and getting ready it was perfect.

Stop here passing through with our dog. We didn't expect much but the room was clean and the room had an ultra modern minimalist style. Much better than I expected! It's in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

I foolishly confused this for the Super 8, and greatly regretted it. The guy at reception was not very intelligent, communicative, or friendly. Instead of carpet, there's a cheap pressed-wood (bamboo?) floor. The whole room screams "cheap". The sink didn't drain - apparently because the mechanical stopper was broken. Perfect location - close to the lake and restaurants. Very clean, comfortable and modern room. Appreciated the lack of carpet (makes the room feel cleaner than some hotels with carpet) and free internet. Overall, excellent value.

We stayed here for the Balloon Fest and it served its purpose. It is bare bones, moderately clean. Very tiny without any ammenities, no hair dryer, shampoo. A bar of soap and towels.
