My family had a blast. It was a clean friendly environment. We forgot our towels but the owners supplied us with some. The location was perfect, close enough to walk into town but far enough to enjoy the campfire at night listening to ghost stories. The cost is very reasonable in comparison to the nearby areas.

I was not that impressed in the cottages and the amenities that they offered. I think that they need to update the playground and fix up the pool a little, other wise my daughter had a good time. We have stayed in Lake George for the past 10 years, in hotels and cottages...however Mountain View Cottages has been our best experience yet! The overall feeling made us feel at home. The pool and playground our important to us with the children and the campfires at night were alot of fun....we will go back for sure.
