Have stayed a few times and think it's ok. Rooms are clean,comfortable and spacious, if a little dark. Meal service is good, though some things that appear on the menu are consistently unavailable. Dissappointed by the room, light switches broken, carpets dirty, Kettle in a shocking state had not been cleaned or water emptied for months. It was unusable as filled with rust. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very clean. My room had no mosquito net however. The personnel is sometimes nice sometimes not - depending on the days. TV and Internet were terrible (Internet is horribly expensive and you can only have 1 hour vouchers - Also, the connexion is quite bad) and breakfast was really really poor.... More

I did not stay here (spent 2 weeks at Mukuba) but had a lovely supper here. We were about 20 people and everybody enjoyed the food. Prices are reasonable, the only distraction was the noisy generator during part of our meal while the city electrical power failed (an all too common occurance.
