I stayed 4 days here for a conference. Located 20 mn from Queretaro center, this wonderful and immense Hacienda built in 1707 offers both the charm of an ancient place and the comfort of a modern hotel in Mexico. You feel perfectly quiet in this peaceful and spacious group of old buildings, gardens, patios, pool, ... perfectly adapted to the... More

I've stayed in plenty of dives, and this hotel is no dive. Still, it left much to be desired and was not worth what we paid. Yes, it's a pretty colonial looking hotel, but... the pool needed cleaning and the water was extremely cold, the playground equipment was broken, the internet signal did not reach our room and there were... I've spent some vacations here and had a great time. The hotel is in a colonial hacienda and has the best of both worlds: the feeling of the past with the amenities of a five star hotel and convention center. The service is great and as far as I can tell, most of the personnel speaks English or can refer... More

I come to Queretaro at least four times a year on business, and when possibly I stay here. The ambiance is wonderful. It's has all the best attributes of a true Mexico resort, yet comfortable for the American traveler. There is staff at the front desk that speaks English. The rooms are very clean and with traditional Mexican decor. The... More

This is an old hacienda (the front part) with a hotel wing added in 1983 (the back part) and designed to mesh architecturally with the much older hacienda. This could be a really competitive place if the ownership would invest some money in updating the electrical and plumbing systems and things like shower fixtures. In terms of location, you have... Our stay was due to a friend's wedding reception held in the hotel garden however, we were more than happy with the facilities provided. We had a room on the ground floor. This was very big and spacious, even with a huge TV, there was still plenty space! Bathroom was sectioned off from main room. Decor was a nice mix... More

I went to this hotel with my wife as some friends celebrated their wedding here and we didn't want to take a taxi at night and go back to Queretaro city. This was because the hotel is far from the city and the only way to get to the city centre is by taking a taxi ride, which takes about... More

We reserved 3 rooms for a business trip to Queretaro but had to cancel 2 rooms a week before due to the flu outbreak. When I arrived I was shocked because the room was very dirty, I even found hair in the pillows and the bathroom was....well let just say that it caused me nausea. When I requested assistance the... The mission is beautiful all around and especially the pool area. Except one thing my friend had her watch stolen there she had left it on a side table with her glasses and towel. We all did not expect this to happen at such a place. She did file a report but coincidently there was a thunderstorm a few days... More

We spent two nights at this lovely hotel on the outskirts of Queretaro. It is built around the ruins of an old hacienda. The architects have cleverly used the old walls and other parts of old buildings to give the place a lot of character and ambience. The rooms were clean and luxurious. The bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast... More
