We camped in a wonderful campsite on the banks of the Kafue river. You're right on the edge of the park so have the full wildlife experience - elephant, hippo and lion around camp while we were there. The main lodge is very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful especially Joseph our camp attendant.

on october 2011 we stayed 7 days there including their sister busanga plains camp ,this seems to be the real africa specially the camp which is an island in the middle of nowhere but very comfortable .After each game drive they ask you if you want a hot shower and they do provide hot water in an open air shower...
