Reserved a jacuzzi room. When I Arrived to check in, my reserved jacuzzi room was not available. I was told there would be one the following day. let's just say I was not at all amused by this poor customer service.

“Pleasant enough stay.”

We stayed here for one of our semi-annual Jehovah's Witnesses Assemblies. The room was fine; we don't spend much time at the hotel or use many of the facilities. A little more variety in the breakfast would have been nice, but 'only a few things are needed'. The staff was very good to us and that is always appreciated.

Stayed for a night in a two-bed room. Was clean, large and I had no issues with the room. There was lingering smoke smell in the hallways, but it didn't come into the room. I don't do breakfast, so some orange juice was enough for my breakfast there. I'm a regular traveler and would stay here again. Front desk staff... More
