We stayed here when visiting a friend. The people at the front desk were rude to us upon check in/out. There was inadequate parking for guests. The lot was full of potholes and it was very scary in the surrounding area. I would never stay here again because it was very unsafe.
The ownership does not care about customers at all. What was once a nice hotel is deteriorating from lack of maintenance. The hotel also overcharged me hundreds of dollars, and the manager promised not only me, but the New York State Attorney General's office that I would get a refund of the overcharge. I am still waiting.
