Welcome was good. Nowhere to park so you have to park in two rivers retail park but they charge you. Room was very basic and needed small jobs doing. Bathroom and linen clean but windows and plugs etyc need TLC. We atyed so we could go to thorpe park and it was perfect for that. Lots of places to eat... More

Booked a family room, checked in and no linen for extra bed. Had to go to recetpion and bed for duvet and sheets then to make up pir own bed. No towels for the extra guests. Broken taps, stains above the radiator. Terrible "sofa bed" well past throwing out. Terrible pillows and with limited availability only allowed 5 in total... More

I booked 3 rooms as we were having a family reunion in London and as I have stayed here before, I knew it would be clean & quiet. Travelling from the north of England, it's easy to get to off the m25, and even easier to get up to London- £25 for 4 of us on a day return which... More

It’s a Travelodge. I didn’t really want to stay there. But sadly it was the only reasonably priced accommodation option within the Staines area with availability, and did have the advantage of being centrally located. I wasn’t expected much. I was expecting an impersonal unexciting place to stay, but I did at least expect it to be clean… The good... More

I recently visited due to work in the local area and to my surprise, found it to be a very adequate stay. I have used Travelodge's before but have had quite varied opinions on the "brand" with the variety of different hotels they have to offer. As I approached the hotel it was very clean and appealing. Check In took... More

As it is a Travelodge, it lacks amenities. But it does include a nice bed, it is clean, it is quiet, and it is a nice location in Staines for shopping and dinning.

So I'm expecting basic. What I got was no better than a hostel. The room was really tired, sink held in with mastic (see photo) cracks along the wall and ceiling and burn mark above the radiator (a bit worrying!). The bath room, sorry shower room (no bath) had part of the tap missing and was generally tatty. Every time... More

This is above average for a Travelodge. That is to say, not quite as good as Premier Inn but adequate in every respect. My wife and I usually avoid the Travelodge chain but we were lucky enough to get a 20 pound rate for the night, I certainly wouldn't complain. Had it cost 50 I probably wouldn't have complained either... More

I stayed here December 2011 for one night and have stayed a couple of times before. The room was clean and adequate, small tv. Shower worked well and towels were supplied but no toiletries. I slept well as I found it to be very quiet. It is in a good location being a short 3 minute walk to all the... More
