Very friendly staff, good location on the river. The room overlooking the Thames was quiet and we enjoyed the meal in the restaurant. There were a few problems at check in but they were quickly sorted.

Quiet location in Staines, close to the river. Several restaurants/cafes nearby. Good, traditional english breakfast buffet. Room with tv and coffe-maker etc. Very cold bathroom floor, most likely unheated.
