Main purpose was to take our grandson to a hotel with a pool. This was perfect and was very nice and rate was very reasonable. Thought it was great that they could accommodate handicapped if necessary. Never saw this before at a hotel.

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful. The only issue is the fact that the hotel sits right next to the train tracks. The railroad crossing is right at the hotel and each time a train would pass they blew the horn and the entire rocked.

Enjoyed staying here while my son visited Hobart William Smith. The staff was very nice, the rooms were nice and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The free breakfast was great and was very convenient

Our group had a really great stay, beds are incredibly comfortable, hotel clean and staff ready & willing to help at all times! They made a dinner reservation for us and followed up with us when we returned to the hotel afterward. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Just as expected. I will not stay anywhere else but Hampton Inn. Clean, nice front desk clerks and decent breakfast included. Rooms clean and I like that they wash the comforter covers between guests!

Comfy beds and nice people but walls are too thin. We were kept awake by the guy next door snoring! Also, you could hear people using the bathroom in the next room which is unfortunate. Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Geneva was average. We had some cleanliness and maintenance issues, but nothing to make a huge deal about. It was taken care of.
