Booked three rooms for a graduation. was informed that shuttle services would be available, they were not. Hotel did not have sufficient personnel to clean rooms and manager unilaterally refused late check out for the entire hotel. Had to argue to get a late check out for one room. “Nice Place to Stay”

I enjoyed my stay. Service was excellent and I would stay there again in the future. The pool was clean as well. Cookies were warm and added a nice touch to our stay. The help was very attentive to our needs.

“Relaxing”

The DoubleTree was very welcoming and the room was very comfortable. The smell of the whole place was so refreshing. The pool was so refreshing to swim in. I found that it was a very quite nite and the bed was so comfortable. I just wish they did not charge to bring up room service.

“Very nice option”

Great Facilities. Accesible from various highways. Nice restaurant. Breakfast included was a very nice option. Food is good in this place. Found the rooms are not as noicy as other hotels I´ve stayed in the same area

We decided to go for an overnight stay & shopping in Syracuse. We picked Double Tree because of the reviews on it's pools, because we were taking our 5 &7 year old girls with us. “Worst airport shuttle service ever. Even motels have better coordination.”

It's an average doubletree once you make it to the hotel. Shuttle takes 30 mins minimum to come pick you up, even if they're expecting you. Transport service is mediocre at best. Vans need major servicing. Hotel management seems to overlook this area, otherwise the hotel is not bad. In fact it's sort of pleasant to get into your room... More

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is very pleasant. Check in was a breeze as was check-out. You don't even need to go down to the front desk to check out which is wonderful. “Short Stay”

I was in this hotel for two days. Check-in was delayed due to heavy booking. The hotel would not accept a tax-exempt organization form that waives the tax on the hotel bill. There was no paper bill under the door the morning of checkout, something I've never seen in two decades of traveling.

“Stayed for Work”

I stayed at the hotel for a conference for work. Everything was easy and the hotel staff made my stay effortless, which is exactly what I want while travelling for work. The warm cookie doesn't hurt and the restaurant staff was efficient and nice.

My stay at the Double Tree Hotel in Syracuse, NY was excellent. I received a fair price, clean room & facilities, very nice dining/ restaurant and great service! If traveling for business of personal reasons. I would definitely recommend staying at the Double Tree!
