nice hotel deep in the woods......on big moose lake...with rest, bar,and front porch,,,clean, nice rooms......not far from inlet....great food.......easygoing place.....free use of canoes.....swiming...near some trails for hiking.......next door to a marina.....free parking...open year round....good wine selection

Went there first when the parents of the current owners opened the place back in the 60's. Have been back many times since. It is a one-of-a-kind place with good food at reasonable prices and a wonderful view of the Lake.

We visited the Adirondacks the week of July 23rd. We had no reservations but were lucky enough to find an opening here after a long days ride. The staff was so welcoming and the food was excellent.
