We stayed at this hotel with family visiting Fredonia University. This hotel is in a very convenient location, near the University, major highways, restaurants, shopping and car rentals. Rooms have been updated with granite bathrooms and current bedroom area. Common areas & finishes still look old and outdated. However the room was clean and the staff all very pleasant. Breakfast was a mix of continental items and hot eggs, good if you are in a hurry and don't want to venture out.

Our child attends a nearby college. We've stayed in many hotels in area, initially. Son is a senior now and we've stayed at this hotel at least 10 times over the past four years. This is the best. PROs: Had an indoor pool and gym onsite, but didn't use either. Both were clean. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, a/c worked great. Chairs were comfortable. Free WiFi. Wall are paper thin. Neighbor in next room had TV on all night long, heard it clear as day even after they were asked by hotel management to lower it at midnight.
