This place charges exorbitant prices in line with many nicer hotels in the area. However, the prices are not justified given the management of this inn is amateur and unprofessional at best. The facilities are dated, dusty and cheap. The service is really poor. Take your money to a hotel where you can relax comfortably. We were greeted at the... More

This is a fraudulent review. March 2011 stay not possible as B&B was closed. There is also no record of this email in our database. Timing very suspicious -- a review that is written 1 year later?? This was a very mean spirited, vengeful, fraudulent report that will not grow legs and will be given no further credence. More

My wife and I have stayed in many B&B’s, Inns and hotels over the years and are not used to this kind of place. We we're hoping for a romantic weekend in "Wine Country" but we didn't even bring our luggage in to the Vintage B&B. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot it was obvious that the... More

This is a very unfair and untrue negative review of our property. The wife had called twice to book a one night only stay and we made an exception (2 nights in season is the norm) as it seemed like she really wanted to come. Then they asked to check-in early and we made an exception for that as well,... More

We have stayed at the Vintage B&B before and will return again soon. I have always had a wonderful relaxing stay. The rooms are elegant with wine themes. Very neat and clean and the queen size bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up but thank goodness we did cause the breakfast in the formal dinning room was... More

This place is walking distance the wineries. It was a great two night stay and you don't have to spend hours in the car for a weekend getaway from the kids or the office. Nice full breakfast to tide you over till dinner. Nice and quiet no kids allowed. Loved the fireplace in the room, read, watched a little TV,... More

We have stayed here twice previously and again recently. This time I am most compelled to take a moment to write a review. Offering both private and friendly atmosphere...fantastic food...and location, location, location! Wineries, Beaches, Marinas, Shops, and so much to explore near by. The host, Jeanne, is the charm.

My husband & I decided to celebrate our 25th anniversary at this wonderful b&b in the wine region of Long Island. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The proprietor was friendly, warm & quite helpful with all of our requests. My husband has some dietary restrictions, which she gladly complied to adjust the menu for him. The food... More

Stayed at Vintage B and B and had an enjoyable time. The location was ideal and the rooms were clean and well appointed. The owner offered several restaurant suggestions and was helpful in making reservations etc. Breakfasts were amazing!

We stayed in the 1st floor suite - which was the first misnomer... suite? If a bedroom with adjacent bath is a suite, then I stand corrected. Within the small bedroom is a bulky and uncomfortable futon that reminded me of my college days; not at all what you would expect to find in a B&B. Perhaps “suite” refers to... More

We have been operating our B&B for 11 years now and this is the first "complaint" we have had about the "Merlot Room" which is a favorite of our guests, many who have come back time and time again and always request this, their favorite room...many have spent their honeymoon in this room and return repeatedly and always request this... Thank you once again for an outstanding weekend. I needed to take my Wife away for some much needed rest and relaxation. No better place than the Vintage. Not enough can be said about Jeanne. What a wonderful and gracious host. She is just like family without the bickering. She always has great reccomendations on what we can do every... More

I made reservations via the internet for 2 nights for my husband's birthday. We have stayed at many B & B's over the years, so we know what to expect. The Vintage is small, only 3 rooms to rent, we did expect this. Our room had a queen bed, a sofa, and an attached bath. The bathroom needs updating as... More

As owner of the B&B I would like to take this opportunity to set the record straight. I immediately knew who wrote this scathing review (that was brought to my attention by other potential guests, but all the excellent reviews outweighed this one and they used their better judgement and did reserve with us). There are certain people in this... More
