Worked late into the night in Binghamton and needed a place to crash. Getting a room in Binghamton is impossible due to the flooding and this was the closest place. The hall was filthy. The room was tolerable. If the room was $45 a night I might not be so critical but it wasn't. Save your money and sleep in your car.

Smells like someones moldy basement. There was actually black mold in the sink drain. Staff did not seem to care when we complained. It affected our breathing after a short time. My worst hotel experience ever! Would rather sleep in my car next time. Needs extensive renovation.

Small but cute. Very friendly staff. Had a problem with the toilet when we first arrived and they immediately came up to fix it. I would stay there again.

Stayed here because original hotel that we wanted did not have all the dates we needed. Enter a room that reeks of mold. Slip your arm under a pillow and what do you get...BUGS!!! Stopped here on the way home from Toronto. Room was clean and comfy, bathroom OK but the shower was nice. Would easily stay here again.

Nice and close to SUNY Cortland, which was the reason for our visit. The hotel is in decent shape, front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic but free. Only real complaint was very thin walls. Could easily hear people's conversations in next room and room above us was loud with footsteps.
