This is a property that I would be sure to ask to see the room before checking in. The standards of cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. Can't speak highly enough about this Inn. Very comfortable and good proximity to Cooperstown. Very accomodating staff. Fabulous view of Lake Otsego. AM hot water a little spotty, but just shower a little later and it's fine. I've already recommended this Inn to friends for the baseball tournaments.

I stayed 2 nights at this motel, which is about 5 miles from Cooperstown. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. It's located on a very pretty lake. If you're going to the Baseball Hall of Fame, it's not really convenient, but it's much cheaper than the hotels in Cooperstown. So it's a tradeoff. I'd stay there again.

The Hickory Grove Motor Inn has nice rooms, wireless internet and a full selection of cable channels at a reasonable price. It's conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Cooperstown. Nothing fancy but would definitely stay here again.

Clean, reasonably priced, and conveniently located to downtown Cooperstown, Glimmerglass State Park, and Glimmerglass Opera House. An excellent motel!
