“The best place to stay in Brockport!”

We stayed in the Rose Room this past weekend for a conference at SUNY Brockport. Darla was a very gracious host and cooked great breakfasts. The room was very nice and comfy. It felt like home. “Like coming home”

I stayed here one cold January night and found it wonderful. The innkeeper was very warm and charming. The house is really something to see, a pre-Civil War Victorian farmhouse. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. If you like B&B's you'll love this place. If it's Holiday Inn you're looking for, then go to Holiday Inn.

I did not care for the B&B at all. I found the room to be dirty and the decor was rather cheap looking. The breakfast was nothing special. I would not recommend it.

This will be the third year that we have stayed at the Gingerbread Manor. Its our home-away-from-home when we are in New York. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautiful.
